Vision

People’s health and time are their two most valuable assets. Through our services and education we want to help people get the desired adaptations by minimizing missed sessions due to injury or sick days and training effectively.

The benefits of exercise are so profound, when done right, that actually keeping it up has the biggest impact on our overall health in the long run. Enjoying the process and learning about yourself and your movement practice along the way both play a crucial role in this.

A happy, healthy and engaged client on an individualised program can reach their goals and more but won’t quit a sport or movement practice they once loved if you don’t overdo it.
My goal is to help clients achieve their goals without burning them out.

When someone is (seemingly) stuck at a performance plateau, just trying the old recipe over and over can lead to frustration. Just throwing stuff at the wall (experimenting) or trying harder can be time consuming only to come out on the other side with aches and pains and worse performance. In contrast to most video games where you can go back and try again, in life you don’t have this option to learn, go back and make another attempt. This means we have to make the most of our time and avoid spinning our wheels. Or worse, when one has to come back from an injury to have another go at it.

Having educational resources and/or a coach to work through the challenge with you can help you save a lot of time and frustration and empower your decision making.
